Our Advantages Compared to Traditional Crankcase Ventilation Solutions

  • The intake manifold vacuum accelerates airflow between the crankcase and the outside environment, thereby more effectively expelling moisture and oil vapors from the crankcase exhaust gases.
  • The entire system eliminates the need for an additional crankcase air filter, thereby avoiding extra weight and reducing the number of components requiring cleaning and maintenance.
  • The continuously varying negative pressure in the manifold also helps clear the crankcase ventilation system, preventing unnoticed blockages from affecting vehicle performance.

  1. Enhanced condensation cooling surface area for more efficient condensation of oil vapor and water vapor from crankcase exhaust gases.
  2. Optimize intake manifold efficiency.
  3. More effectively addresses oil emulsification issues during frequent short-distance rides in winter.
  4.  Newly designed automatic waste valve eliminates the need for manual cleaning of the waste liquid tank.
  5. Anti-backflow baffle prevents waste liquid from being sucked into the intake during rough handling.
